Proposed Staffing and Project <br />Organization <br />This section of the proposal should establish the qualifications and time commitment to <br />project of the proposed project implementation and support staff. This section shall: <br />(1) provide education, experience, and applicable professional credentials of proposed <br />project staff, <br />Please see question (2) below, <br />(2) furnish brief resumes for the proposed Project Manager and other key personnel, <br />Since Advanced assembles its implementation teams based on the unique requirements of <br />each project, we cannot predict which team members will staff your implementation until <br />the onset of the project. We have, however, provided resume profiles for proposed project <br />staff to illustrate what a typical team for a project of the City's size and scope would look <br />like. <br />John Laughlin <br />Project Manager <br />Professional Background As Project Manager, John is responsible for the <br />successful implementation of clients' Customer <br />Information Systems. He oversees all steps of the <br />project life cycle; acting as a Iiaison between <br />Advanced resources and client staff to complete a <br />successful project. John has fiscal responsibility for <br />the implementation of projects, he maintains <br />internal and client communications and ensures <br />timely completion of deliverables. <br />Prior to joining Advanced, John has worked in all <br />sectors (public, private, not -for -profit) as a <br />consultant. He was previously a senior manager <br />and project lead with Desjardins Credit Union <br />where John was tasked with transforming the <br />start-up company into a leader within the Ontario <br />financial market. <br />Areas of Expertise John has strong skills in the following areas: <br />Project Management <br />• Over 20 years in project management and <br />operations.
