All CIS Infinity enviroru-nents can be deployed in a virtualized environment.
A hosted solution is also available. It offers the same functionality as the on -premise
solution with the only difference being it would be hosted off -site at a Harris data center,
Finally, a hybrid solution provides the security of having your system Iocated on -premise
combined with the Advanced Managed Services (AMS) offering. AMS is technical services
that go above and beyond the standard Support Agreement. It includes the regular
application of builds, full regression testing, business process reviews and more. These
services will help keep your CIS investment at peak performance in the same way as you
would expect from a cloud -based solution.
This hybrid offering provides you with the system you need based on a better long-term
financial model for the City.
Advanced is currently developing a cloud solution centered on our new browser user
interface (BUI) version. It would be hosted in either the Amazon Web Services or Microsoft
Azure environment. This solution will be ready for deployment in 2019/2020.
In our proposal, we have included Advanced Managed Services (AMS) as an option.
City of South Bend, Indiana 11
