Committee Chair Broden asked, Who is the negotiating team?How is it referenced in this and <br /> what is anticipated in terms of Council representation? <br /> Mr. Scott replied, That doesn't have anything to do with this Resolution whatsoever. The team <br /> can be made up of Councilmembers as we see fit but the only thing done here is appointing Bob <br /> Palmer as legal representation for us. <br /> Committee Chair Broden then asked, Have we firmed up the negotiating team? <br /> Mr. Scott replied, Right now, it is you and John Voorde as volunteer members, and myself if <br /> need be. <br /> Committee Chair Broden then opened the floor to members of the public wishing to speak in <br /> favor of or in opposition to the legislation. There were none. She then turned the floor back to the <br /> Committee for further comment or main motion. <br /> Committeemember Davis made a motion to send Bill No. 17-54 to the full Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation.
