It is Park land so <br /> the South Bend Cubs would not be owning the property, it would be owned by the Parks <br /> Department. We pay a lease as well as a ticket surcharge based on attendance. We currently pay <br /> approximately eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) a year and the ticket surcharge runs <br /> approximately forty five thousand dollars ($45,000).
