St. Joseph Street, South Bend, Indiana, <br /> for the sole purpose of hearing the Mayor’s <br /> Annual Address. <br /> <br /> The South Bend Common Council announces that Mayor Stephen Luecke will address the <br /> Council pursuant to the provisions of South Bend Municipal Code §2-3.1 to give the Mayor’s <br /> Annual Address to the Council.
