These reports reflect injuries/accidents for each month and provide f <br />comparison. There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconde <br />Mr. Littrell and carried, the reports were accepted for filing. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Certificate <br />Insurance for the following businesses were accepted for filing: <br />A. Paul Fujawa Engineers, Inc., South Bend, Indiana <br />B. Schrock Excavating, Inc., Wakarusa, Indiana <br />C. Anchor South Bend, LLC <br />RATIFY RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Division of Engineering, recommends that the following Contractor <br />Excavation Bonds be released pursuant to Resolution 100-2000 as follows: <br />Business and Type Approved/ <br />Released <br />Paramount Environmental Services I Excavation I Release <br />January 19, 201C <br />Weaver Boos Consultants Excavation I Release April 7, 2010 <br />Selge Construction Co. Inc. Contractor _L_Release February 27, 201 <br />Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Bonds release as outlined above be ratified. Mr. <br />seconded the motion, which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Inks stated that a request to pay the following claims in the amounts indicated has <br />received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receivin'( <br />goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City F <br />Officer and certified for accuracy. <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be apps <br />as submitted. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Murray Miller, Local Union No. 645, asked about the Change Order for the Eddy Comi <br />project.
