This ordinance is and shall be subject to commitments as provided by <br /> Chapter 21- 09. 02(d) Commitments, if applicable. <br /> SECTION V. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days from and after its <br /> passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. <br />
