Staff Report 2/8/2018 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Based on information available prior to the public hearing,the staff recommends sending <br /> the rezoning petition and Special Exception Use to the Common Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation. The staff recommends approval of the variances. <br /> Analysis: <br /> Rezoning the site to MU Mixed Use will allow a consistent zoning district for harmonious <br /> development of the site.
