The first <br />(IN001 OCSH00081) covers the period of August 29, 2009 through August 28, 2010; the second <br />(IN0009CSH00081)eovers the period of August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010. <br />The City serves as a fiscal agent and recipient of funds for the eligible agency receiving the SPC <br />dollars. The funding allocated provides support for 6 units and 27 units respectively, of sponsor <br />based rental assistance for housing mentally ill clients. <br />Addressing homelessness is one of HUD's top priorities and the continuance of these projects <br />makes a significant contribution toward assuring the development of a continuum of care system <br />in our community. <br />I will be presenting this ordinance at the January 25, 2010 meeting.
