Taylor in the sum of 9, 1'000.00 <br />SiFned by Royal Indemnity Company. <br />This being, the date set, continued hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No. <br />2477 for the Vacation of Arnold Street at the New York Central Railroad. <br />In the above named vacation resolution, remonstrators appeared and the Board <br />decides to continue hearing on said vacation resolution lintil Ylonday, Febrw-,ry 26th., <br />1934, at 3 P. M., or until such time as the plens for Track Elevation are approved <br />by the Federal engineers. <br />This beine, the datle set, continued heating, was had on Vacation Resolution No.2478 <br />for the vacation of Cherry 6treet.(See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named vacation resolution, a written r emonstrance v,,rQs filed. The <br />130,?rd decides to continue hearing on said vacation resolution until Monday, February <br />26th. , 1934$ at 3 P. M. <br />The Board. approved pay roll claims for the street and alley department and the <br />cemetery department in the sum of '$2,791.60. <br />The Board approved claim,-- for various department s in the sum of $834.72 and <br />hereby orders City Lngineer to pay same as soon as possible. <br />The Board approved. claims for C. W. A. Work in the sum of $886.98 and orders <br />City controller to pay same as soon as possible. <br />Yeeting adjourned at 4-30 P.
