Kuss <br />present. 11.7inute s of ineeting held Monday, October 23, 1933, read and approved. <br />The Board approved the renewal certificate for the Bond of p. C. Christman Co.., <br />in the sum of s l,000.00 signed by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. <br />The Board approved the Uontractors Bond written in favor of Oscar A. Heinrich <br />and signed by Fidelity and Deposit 'Company of Y-pryland by Hugh Dunnahoo, attorney -in - <br />fact. <br />The Board approved claims of various departments in the sum of $378.25. <br />The Board. approved the pay roll claims for the Street and Alley Department <br />and for the Cemetery Department in the sum of $2,582.10 and hereby orders eityy <br />Controller to pay same. <br />Representatives of the Standard Oil Comp?ny were present asking that authority <br />be given them to fill with sand or conbrete the two, one thousand gallon gasoline storF <br />age tanks located finder the sidewalk at 111 - 115 East LaSalle Avenue. <br />In the above named matter, the Board instructed the Clerk of the Board to <br />give the Standard Oil Company written authorization tofill said tanks at their conven- <br />ience. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4 P.
