Monday, September 18th. , 1933 0 0 Ll Board met in regular session at 3 P. M. Mri, Dick Johnson and Mr. Ralph H. Kuss present. City Engineer, William S. Moore, also present.. Mlinutes of meeting held Monday, September llth. s 193�, read and approved. The Board instructed the clerk of the Board to check up and turn over to the City Attorney, Mr. I. S. Romig, all information witt. reference to the deed for 110 feet of tot 37 of the Old Plat,which was given Charles Oberlin by the City of South Bend, and in which a stipulation with reference to water rental was made. The Board instructed the cleft of the Board to check up and turn over to the City Attorney, Mr. I. S. Romig, information with reference to the pay roll of Steve Spychalski in the Street Department; said Steve Spychalski is said to have lost the sight of an eye due to a cinder being imbedded in the eye, while at work in the Street Department. or The board instructed the clerk of the j3oprd to draw up, have drawn up an Ordinance transferring the sum of $323.63 from the salaries department of the Board of Public Works to worth West Fire Station Account No.H-29 for the payment of street assessments against lots 20 and 21 occupied by said Fire Station. The board instructed the clerk of the Board to draw up or have drawn up an Ordinance transferring the sum of $200.00 from Office Supplies in the Building Department to Gasoline account 'in the same department. Claims in the sum of $10,009.36 for various departments were signed and approv- ed by the Board. Pay roll claim in the sum of q"'32.00 for the street department was signed. and approved and ordered paid. Upon petition of property owners, the Board approved the following schedules of redistribution of assessments as presented by City Enginer, William S.
