<br />Engineer, We S. Moore, and returned to the office of the Board of Works, on July 21.

<br />Gentlemen:
<br />Replying to your letter of the 18th.:
<br />It will be necessary that a counter be installed. in the west room of
<br />the quarters to be occupied by the Health Department In the City Hall. One of the
<br />counters we are no using can be transferred or a new one built. When that has been donil
<br />it will be agreeable with us for you to complete the arrangements for the moving of '
<br />our furniture, safes, files, etc.
<br />Will you also please arrange for the telephone service and the transfer
<br />of the buzzer, which leads from the Clerk's desk to the other room.
