A dangerous condition
is set up at this location. from the fect that Indiana. Avenue dead -ends in Olive Street
and it seems impossible to m!intain dead-enc signs, as they are toirn down and carried
away, Considerable traffis is.bynassed around the City over Indiana. Avenue and Olive
Street to Lincoln Wa-Y Vest end substnntiel provision should be made to make t:F.e turn at j •
Indiana Avenue and .Olive Streets more safe. '!
I recommend that a 4000 lumen street light, with overlie ^d construction
be installed at Indiana Avenue. and Olive Street, tt a ye-rlv cost of $45.00.
-hepsectfully submitted,
Lle ctr ical Department
Wm.
