Describe the proposed redevelopment or rehabilitation project, including information <br />about physical improvements to be made, the proposed use of the improvements, and <br />a general statement as to the importance of the project to your business: <br />208,000 SF Distribution Center for Medical, Dental, and Veterinary supplies and <br />products. Physical improvements include mechanical and electrical upgrades to support <br />the operation and equipment, plus 10,000 SF of new office and supporting spaces. The <br />project is key to the business of Patterson Companies for distribution. <br />Land Size 11.67 acres, Building Size 208.000 sq.ft. <br />2.
