w <br /> Christine Barlos: She is happy to be part of the group. University Edge broke ground on 2 new <br /> buildings. They are developing some new security procedures along with Roseland Police <br /> Department, who will be driving through the area at various days/times to check the area. <br /> Trent Spoolstra: He reminds students not to leave cars parked on the street while they are gone <br /> on break. Vacant and Abandoned homes — 727 of 1000 homes have been addressed. On <br /> property where demolitions have occurred they will be planting clover on a trial basis to decrease <br /> the cost of mowing the grass. If the clover is successful there will be more planted. <br /> Mayor Pete: He thanked everyone for being a part of the group and that there are many positive <br /> things that come from it. He wished everyone a Happy Holiday. <br /> The next CCAC meeting was tentatively scheduled for Tuesday,January 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. <br /> at the County-City Building, 4th Floor, Council Chambers. <br /> Council Member Gavin Ferlic thanked everyone again for their input and involvement and <br /> adjourned the meeting at 4:10 p.m. <br />
