Tuesday, September 13th. , 1932 391 <br />I Board met in repaTar session at 10:00 A. 1G. All members present. I'ljnutes of <br />meeting held Tuesday, August 30th. 1932, read and approved. <br />, <br />«, This being th.e da t e set, hee ring ins had on the Improvemerit Resolution No.2474 <br />for the <br />grad inp of the alley west of Frankline Street from C lvert Street -to Donald <br />Street. ( See f iles f or copy of resolution.) a <br />In the ab ove named improve m.aa. t resolution remonstrators appeared d pp protesting <br />against the proposed improvement. Other property owners ztere also present advocating: <br />same. After hearing <br />• !1 <br />all persons interested in said resolution and being fully advised <br />in the premises, the Board finds that the bene fi is to the several lots and parcels of <br />i land liable to be assessed. for said: improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of <br />same as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board., therefore, decides to take <br />final action on said improvement resolution No.2474 and declares same in all things <br />r <br />ratified, confinxied and approved without nod ificat ion. The Property owners have tell <br />i <br />days from this date to file a written remonstrance against said improvement am the <br />Board <br />orders that advertisements of sealed proposals for said improvement be with -held <br />until the ten day for <br />period remonstrance has expired. <br />1 <br />' <br />By unanimous vote, the LLoard d eci des to appoint George :''. D'Armand as assistant <br />Janitor in ;the City Ila to rep lace George I'lorri s who 'was hired only temporarily. Street Lighting. <br />Department was present and page the Board of new schedule of lights on �iestern Avenue <br />• and in Belleville addition.
