Twyckenham Land and Invest ment Compa#.y was. the owner in fee simple thereof of the above described propert y since the DISTRIBUTION was made and approved by your honorable body the undersigned has platte a portion of the above deucribed tract of landby. dividing it into lots which plat, Ridgedale Fifth Addition and Ridgedale Plaza Addition has been appmVed by your, honorab body and. recorded in the office of St. Joseph County recorder South Bend._, Indiana. Wherefcr the undersigned prays that your honorable body will reassess the unpaid. amount of said improvement including the unpaid interest now due thereon against lot s 177 to 181 inc lusive , lot 184, lot s 186 to 216 inc lusive, lot s 218 to 270 inclusive and lots 27 to 45 inclusive in Ridgedale Plaza Addition, being all the lots in Ridgedale Fifth Addition except lots 182, 183, 185 ard 217 Ridgedale Fifth Addition. and all the lots in Ridgedale Plaza Addition except lots 1 to 26 inclusive in Ridgedale Plaza Addi- tion. The balance of the unpaid assessment to be assessed against the unplatted property lying east of Rid.Xdale fifth Addition and north of Ridgedale r'ourth Addition. Each lot above manti one d in Ridgedale Fifth Addition and Ridgedale Plaza addition and the unplatted portion shall bear its part and equitable proportion of said unpaid assessment and. all interest nowdue thereon. First Addition to the City of mouth Bend, Mn.diana, which parcel is bounded on the east by Grant Otreet on the north by lVierry Avenue and on the southerlyside by the right of way of the kew York Central Railroad Company under Vacation Resolution 2472. A In the above named assessment roll, showing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits, the Hoard, hereby orders that on the 2 6th . , day of July, 1932, this Board will- meet in their office in the pity Mall at 10:00 A. y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said vacation and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited or damaged in the amounts shown on said roll or in,a greater or less sum than that shown on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing together with the amount's of damages awarded or benefits assessed be delivered to property owners according to law. The Board ap proved the hanging of a sign across Michigan Street from Sailors Brothers to Jackson Building in the interest of the Uptown Business Mens Propperity Campaign. The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of 1,926.85. The. Board approved pay roll claims for various departments in the sub. of 7,082.65. Mr. Glenn Oakley and Andrew Rokop, members of the Fees and Salaries Committee of the Common Council appeared before the Bourd requesting that their recom- mendation for the Free 111unicipa 1 Parking Ground be f ollowed.
