First Addition to the City of mouth Bend, <br />Mn.diana, which parcel is bounded on the east by Grant Otreet on the north by lVierry <br />Avenue and on the southerlyside by the right of way of the kew York Central Railroad <br />Company under Vacation Resolution 2472. <br />A In the above named assessment roll, showing the awards of damages and <br />assessments of benefits, the Hoard, hereby orders that on the 2 6th . , day of July, 1932, <br />this Board will- meet in their office in the pity Mall at 10:00 A. y., to hear and <br />receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said vacation <br />and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be <br />benefited or damaged in the amounts shown on said roll or in,a greater or less sum than <br />that shown on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing together <br />with the amount's of damages awarded or benefits assessed be delivered to property owners <br />according to law. <br />The Board ap proved the hanging of a sign across Michigan Street from <br />Sailors Brothers to Jackson Building in the interest of the Uptown Business Mens <br />Propperity Campaign. <br />The Board approved claims for various departments in the sum of 1,926.85. <br />The.
