'2v orks <br />South -bend, Indiana . <br />Gentlemen: <br />Attached is a list of the automotive equipment owned by the Board of Public <br />Works on which we wish to make a quotation for public Inability and property damage. <br />Public liability insura ire $5/10,000. limits carries a. premium of 568.40; <br />with $10/20 , 000. limits, the premium would be 653.66 ; with 25/25 , 000 . limits, 693.45 ; <br />with $25/50, 000. limits, 721.87. Kise, Cemetery Sexton, appeared before the Bcard asking permission <br />to rehire the three laborers recently dismissed by the Council Ordinance. The Board <br />told him to ge t a writ ten o rdera from the Fees and Salaries Committee allowing him to <br />put these men back at work and upon the presentation of said order to the Board, they <br />would agree to reinstate: them during the surrmrr season. <br />The -board approved pay roll claims for various departments in the sum of <br />$9,571.39.
