362 <br />Tuesday, May 24th . , 1932. <br />thence south 49 degrees west a. distance of 525 feet to the northeasterly corner of <br />lot 128, thence west along the north line of lot 128a distance of 241.45 feet to <br />the center line of Miami Street, thence south along the center line of Miami Street <br />a distance of 373 feet to the place of beginning <br />The size of the lots and the width of the streets are marked on the <br />Plat in feet and. fractions thereof. The street s are dedicated to the, public for the <br />use of the public as public thoroughfares. <br />The plat contains 78 lots numbered from 105 to 177 inclusive. Except- <br />ion lots 126 and 127 which arm a part of Ridgedale Second Addition, and includes <br />lots numbered 147A-172A-174A and lots lettered A-B-K and L. <br />Lots 128 and 129 are hereby replated from these same lots in Ridgedale <br />Second. Excepting lots in <br />Ridgedale Second Addition and Streets and alleys". <br />At the time the assessment was rrnd a the Twoekenham Land end Investment <br />Company was the ow rye r in f ee simple thereat' of the above described property.
