Hinkle was read and ordered placed <br />May 21st. , 1932. <br />Board. of Public Works, <br />Citzr of South Bend,, Indiana. <br />Gentlem En : <br />I hmve, th is day, formally removed Mr. John K. Smogor from the office <br />of member of the Beard of Public Works, and have this day appointed Mr. George A. <br />Schock to succeed him and to assume the offic e of pre si dent of the Board. <br />Letter, to this effect, to the Common Council is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk. <br />Yours very truly, <br />j W. R. Hinkle , Mayor. <br />The appointment of Mr. George A. Schock as a member of the Board of <br />Public Works was duly filed by Mayor W. R. Hinkle. All of the members of said Board, <br />being fully qualified by law, the Board now proceeds to re -organization. Mr. M. E. <br />Doran reesigns as President of the Board and upon a motion made by George A. Schock <br />!I and seconded by M. E. Doman, Ralph H.
