The Board approved a drive way plan f or a Filling Ste tio-n lo- cated at the north wrest corner of Prairie Avenue and Garst Street owned by the Refin Oil and Contributing Corporation. Dear Sir: In response to ,your inquery of the 4th. , ii.st. , you are advised that the claim asserted in the name of the City of South Bend was filed with former Liquidator, h. U. Dailey of the Marquette Pat ional Fi ie Insurance Company under date of January 17th. , 1928, by Hazel A. Turner, Clerk of the Board of Public Works, South Bend , Indiana.
