Tv- inutes, <br />of me et inp held Tuesday, 1lar ch 2 9 th. , 1932, read a &. approved . <br />The Board approved the continuation certi_ficf to for the excavation bond. <br />in favor of Ralph Sollitt & Sons, signed by United sta tes Fidelity and Guaranty Co. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessrnLent roll. shoring <br />the awards of d amrpes and assessiiients of benefits in the matter of the vacation of <br />former Johnson `-'treet under Vr.ce tion Meso lut io n 111o.2470. <br />In the above named a ssessrr .nt roll, no remonstrators appeared and noIi <br />written remonstrances were filed. Proof of service of notice of saic hearing was show <br />by Clerk eff, same was found sufficient. After hearing' all persons interested. in said <br />assessment roll and being fully ae'vised 6n the premises, the Board finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land have been benefited a_nd damaged in the amounts shown <br />on sai d roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take fine l action on said roll and <br />dec7_ares same in all t hings ratified, conf irmed and appr owed without mod ifieation and <br />the street vacated and all proceedings had with refe--enee to said vacation are hereby I • <br />susteined. <br />This beinr,, the date set, bids -ere received., opened enc read for the <br />repair of t.e Colfax Avenue bri.dFe under plans and. specif-i_cetions approved. by the <br />Board.
