<br />In the auove named assessment roll, the boaro,, nereby, orders that on
<br />the 29tii. 2 day of -uecemiDer,, 1931, this board will meet in their office in the City Hall
<br />at 10:00 A. M. , to near and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
<br />been affected by said vacation and will decide whe-Grter the several lots and parcels of
<br />lr-,nd have been or will be benefited or ciamr1pect in the amounts shown on said roll. The
<br />Board further orders That notices or said peering together with the amounts or damages
<br />awarded and benefits assessed be delivered to property m.,ners according to law.
