<br />In the move named assessment roll, the board,, t3e reby, orders that on
<br />the 29th.9 day of DecemiDer, 1931, this board will meet in their office in the City Hall
<br />at 10:00 A. M., to near and receive reMonstrances from 8.11 persons whose property has
<br />been affected qy said vacation and will decide whe-Ldaer the several lots and parcels of
<br />1^nd have been or will be benefited or damaged in the amounts shown on said roll.. The
<br />board further orders that notices o' said hearing together with the anounts or damages
<br />awarded and benefits assessed be deliver•ea to property mirners according to law.
