The Board ordered the gulls ing Commissioner to issue to Morris Lerman a tempor- ary permit ror the remodeling of the store building at 2b28 Western Avenue with the understanding that said Morris Lerman will not claim any damages to his property at the time of the widening of western Avenue in excess of the condition or the proper ty -before said repairs were made.
