Tuesday, October 27ti1., 19&'e, <br />2 97 <br />board MI in iegular session at 10 A, Me Mr,, Me 1►e Doran absenle Minutes of meet <br />ingheld Tuesday, votober 20th.,,4931, read and approved. <br />This being the date set,, continued hearing was had on the rollaving, vacation iResolu <br />t ion: <br />Vacation Res . olution ho.246b for the vacation of the alley north o:r Grace Street from <br />10o feet west of Webster Street -bD a point bb.b feet west. (See files for copy of resol <br />ution.) <br />• In the above named vacation resolution, rep?e sentat ives from the hew York Central <br />Railroad Company were present advocating this alley vacation. Clerk of the board filed <br />proofs of publication and some were found sufficient. After hearing all persons inter- <br />ested in said vacation and being fully edvisect in the premises, the board decides to <br />take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified, <br />con*L*Irmed and approved. The Hoard now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all <br />owners and nolders of properly and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, <br />whien list or roll snail also describe the property beneficially affected by such vaca- <br />t1on. <br />This being t he d ate s et . hearing was had on Vacation Resolution vo.2467 for the <br />vacation of the alley south of lot lb9 in Kaley's Oecond Subdivision from the west <br />line or Bendix Drive to the east line ob the vacated alley west of bendix Drive, (See <br />files f or copy of resolution,) <br />In the above naned vacation resolution, no remostrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances <br />s were filed. Clerk of the board filed proofs of publications of notices <br />and same we -re founa sufficient. After hearing, all persons interested in ' said vacation <br />resolution and being hilly advised in the premises, the board decides to take final <br />action on sai a vaca Lion xe so lution an a declares same in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. The board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and no <br />holders of property and of 'valuable interests t jierein sought to be taken, which list or <br />roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected by such Vacation. <br />The boa rd approve d pay r oll c lai ms in the amount of §119 133 e o6 f or -va ri ous d epe rt- <br />it me nt s. <br />The .hoard approved claim for various derpartments, in the amount of §119834.03. - <br />The board approved the claim of the Grand Trunk western Railroad Company in the <br />amount of $316,647.61 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of Track hleva- <br />tion fund* <br />The Board approved pay roll claims for Grade Separation work in the amount of 4433.3 <br />and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out Track Elevation Fund. <br />E <br />Meeting adjoum ed at 12 O'clock noon. <br />0 <br />At to sted: <br />0 <br />0 <br />- k, <br />
