This being the date set,, continued hearing was had on the rollaving, vacation iResolu t ion: Vacation Res . olution ho.246b for the vacation of the alley north o:r Grace Street from 10o feet west of Webster Street -bD a point bb.b feet west. (See files for copy of resol ution.) • In the above named vacation resolution, rep?e sentat ives from the hew York Central Railroad Company were present advocating this alley vacation. Clerk of the board filed proofs of publication and some were found sufficient. After hearing all persons inter- ested in said vacation and being fully edvisect in the premises, the board decides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified, con*L*Irmed and approved. The Hoard now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and nolders of properly and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, whien list or roll snail also describe the property beneficially affected by such vaca- t1on. The .hoard approved claim for various derpartments, in the amount of §119834.03. - The board approved the claim of the Grand Trunk western Railroad Company in the amount of $316,647.61 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of Track hleva- tion fund* The Board approved pay roll claims for Grade Separation work in the amount of 4433.3 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out Track Elevation Fund.
