Minutes of <br />meeting, held October 13th., 1931, read and approved. <br />City Engineer, H. G. M.remonstrances <br />, to hear and receive from all persons affected by <br />;'such <br />rolls and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or <br />will be benefited or namaged in the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less <br />j <br />? sum than that shown on said rolls. The Board further orders that notices of said hear- <br />ing together with the -of <br />amounts damages awarded and benefits assessed be delivered to <br />(property owners according to law. <br />The hoard signed the c ont ra ct with John le guresi for the construction of the 1 <br />=local <br />sewer in Hamilton Street under .improvement Resolution ho.2458 in the amount of <br />$841.55. The Board also approved t ne construction b oDd of same for 100Jo of the contract <br />pi signed by Employers Liability aid Assurance Corporation. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for• the pave- <br />ment i.mp3:•ovement on Bendix Drive from Crumstown Avenue to Lincoln Way Ifest under Improve <br />!meat <br />Resolution 14o.2427. <br />In the above named assessment roll, Miller Guy, attorney for Ora Ridenour, <br />was present am fi 1 ed a written remogstrance f or said Ora Ridenour a ga ins t his assessment <br />ifor said improvenent. After hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll and <br />being fully advisea in the premises, the Board finds that the several. lots and parcels of <br />land nave been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decide <br />;to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and app3nved without modification and the jroceedings closed. The Board. now <br />• orders said assessment roll deliverea to the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Resolut ion No.2465 for the <br />bacation cf the 41ey north of Grace Street from 105 f eat west of Webster Street to a <br />oint 55.5 feet west. Representatives of the New Yoxk Central railroad Company <br />;were present advocating the vacation of said alley. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Vacation Resolution 11o.2466 for the vacation of alley north of Ford Street from <br />alnut,. street to alley west of Walnut street; also alley west of Wa lnut Street from cente3 <br />line of lot 26 Stokes Sub to a point 43 beet; north. (See files for copy of resolution*) <br />In 611 of the aoove named vacation resolutions, no remonstrators appeared and <br />• no written remonstrances were filed aw the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />;decides to teke final action on said vcation resolutions anti declares se¢me in all <br />things ratifierd,-eonfilmea and approved without modification. The Board now orders that <br />a list or roll be prepared of all ovners and molders of property and of valuable interest <br />' ,therein sought to be taken , whica lists 01: rolls shall also describe <br />the p mp eCty be nefic <br />ielly affected by sucr, vacations. <br />The Board approved the revised plat of Lots numbered 27 to 33 inclusive in <br />Leeper's Second Addition with the following dedication: <br />• REVISED PLAT OF LOTS NUMBEiiED TWENTY SEVEN TO THIRTY THREE <br />INCLUSIVE IN LEEFE R' S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />S OUT H BIND INDIA NA . . <br />The annexed plat is a replat of Lots numbered Twenty-seven (27) to Thirty- thre® <br />
