Wray, -filed the fina.1 estimate, for the pavement of the west * of- the alley west of Cottage Grove Avenue from Lindsey Street to point 100 feet north, in accordance 'witn tip terms of tree agreement between .6. T. Tran-berg, contractor and tiae Qity, under Improvement Resolution ho.2462. The board signed and approved same in the amount of $140.00. The zoard signed the contract with E. T. Tranber6 for the concrete pavement on the west * of the alley west Of Cottage Grove Avenue from Lindsey Street to a point 100 feet north under Jmprovement Resolution Ao,2462, The Board approved the construct- ion bond of same in the amount of 1007o of the contract price signed by the kidelity and Casualty Company of hew 'York* Uity 11jhgineer,, H.
