After hearing, all persons Interested in said assessment roll sad -being fully ad- <br />vised In the premises, the board finds that the several lots and parcels of land have <br />been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. The board, therefore, decides to <br />take final action on said assessment roll and declares some in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. 1"he board now <br />orders said assessment roll delivered to the uepartment of :finance. <br />This being the date set, continued hearingwas had on tie assessment roll showing <br />the awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of the opening of wash - <br />•;I ington -'Ivemue at olive 6treet under condemnation nesolution iio*4454* <br />In the above named assessment roll, Attorney U. u. Fattee was present representin, <br />-mrne st and (,.bl. Brothers. after hearing, all persons interested in said assessment roll <br />and being fully advised in the premises the hoard decides to modify said roll as follows <br />Increase the amount of damages awarded to Lot 124 Uak Cirove Addition *175.51 <br />making a total amount of damages awarded cpl.1 8b*46 instead of vl,010.95. Leave net <br />11 benefits 0136.46. <br />0 <br />I• <br />0 <br />• <br />increase the mount of benefits to Lot 113 oak Cirove Addition o175o51, making <br />a total amount of benefits assessed against said lot V302.74. <br />wfitn the above modifications, the board finds that the several lots and parcels <br />of land have been benefited and dmaged in the amounts shown on said modified roll. The <br />board, therefore. decides to taLce mina I action on said roll and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified and the proceedings closed and all <br />previous action taken by said board with reference to said condemnation resolution <br />xio.24b4, is hereby sustained and the pro ceeftngs closed* <br />- pity-ngineer, ii. U. wray, filed the primary assessment roll for the pavement <br />of JDendtx -urive from Urumstown Avenue to Lincoln Ivay West under Improvement resolution.Lvoe 2437. <br />In the above named assessment roll,the board, hereby, orders that on the 20th., <br />day of UctoCie r 1931, this board will mebt in their office in the uity hall at 10;00 A,M, <br />to hear and receive remonstrances f ran all persons 'whose property has been assessed for <br />said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been <br />or will be benefited in the amounts shorn on said roll. The Board further orders that <br />not i ce s of said hearing shall be published on the 9tht loth., and 16th.9 days of October <br />1931, in the South -bend Tribune and Mirror according to law. <br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the construction <br />of the local se,%er in Hamilton Street under Imp:rovement Resolution 'No*2458.
