Mlinutes of meeting. veld July 21st. , 1931. read and approved. j� This being tln date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the gre de, curb and walk improvement on the north side of Mishawaka Avenue from Longfellow Avenue to the E line of Lot I015 uruz n No.2378. w ymede 4th. , 1,'ddition under Improvemc t esolution ! ! In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared end no written remonstrances were filed_ arid. the Board, being fl..i lly advised in the premises, finds that . ; the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes finial action on sa: id a,ssessm nt roll and declares same in all things ratified, oonfirmed and approved withcut modif-lestion and the preceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. Messrs. Ralph C. Osborne, J cob Il. Chillas and. Edward Pfeiffer, ap1raisers appointE I� in the matter of the opening of flalnut 6treet from Western Avenue to 2nd. , alley south of Western Avenue under Condemnation Resolution No.2446, filed the primary assessment roll, -howing the awards of damages and assessments of benefits in said condemnation. The -Ooard approved pay roll claims in the amount of 5433.33 for track elevation wrok and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of G`rade beparation Fund. The Boa rd approved a claim of 1 .
