Mlinutes of <br />meeting. veld July 21st. , 1931. read and approved. <br />j� This being tln date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the <br />gre de, <br />curb and walk improvement on the north side of Mishawaka Avenue from Longfellow <br />Avenue to the E line of Lot I015 uruz n <br />No.2378. w ymede 4th. , 1,'ddition under Improvemc t esolution <br />! <br />! In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared end no written <br />remonstrances were filed_ arid. the Board, being fl..i lly advised in the premises, finds that <br />. ; the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said <br />assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes finial action on sa: id a,ssessm nt roll and <br />declares same in all things ratified, oonfirmed and approved withcut modif-lestion and <br />the preceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the <br />Department of Finance. <br />Messrs. Ralph C. Osborne, J cob Il. Chillas and. The Board approved pay roll claims in the amount of �13 I5S.74 for various <br />department s. <br />The -Ooard approved pay roll claims in the amount of 5433.33 for track elevation <br />wrok and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of G`rade beparation Fund. <br />The Boa rd approved a claim of 1 .
