<br />LaSalle Construction Company, contractors, under improvement resolution No.2448. The
<br />Boa rd signed and approved same i n the amount ofI , 703.40.
<br />The boa rd approved the Guarantee Bond of Spadoni Company for the local sewer
<br />improvement in Fremont -Washington street from Orange Street to canter line of Lot 19

<br />amount of 5,861.60. The Bce rd approved the construction bond covering same in the
<br />amount of 2,930.80 signed .by iLetrollolitan Casualty Co.

<br />This being the dote set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing: the
<br />awards of damzges and assessments of benefits in the rrn tter of the vacation of alley
<br />west of Kal ey Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street and er Vaca tion Hesolut ion No.
<br />24429 showing lots I to 59 inclusive in Vernon heights Addition in the name of the
<br />School oity of -ouch Bend, Indiana, and the franchise rights of Indiana Belle Telephone
<br />Company and the Indiana and Mich Ele ctric Cmpany, net benefit s 00.00, net d amages
<br />00.00.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrat crs appeared and no written
<br />rernonstr noes were filed. Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of service of notices as
<br />heretofore ordered and same were found sufficient. After hearing all persons interested
<br />in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benef ited and dam,, ged in the amounts shom
<br />on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take firrl action on said roll and de-
<br />lclares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the alley vacated and. all
<br />1proceedings had with reference to said vacation Resolution No.2442 are hereby sustained,
<br />an d the proceedings closed.
