Y. All nembers present. minutes of <br />meeting held May I9th. , I93I, read and ap1m*oved. <br />u <br />I; Board approved the guarantee bond. cf the Williston Construction Company <br />for the ra ve meet of the alley west of Main Street from Washington Street to Ist. , alley <br />I:' south of Washington Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.24I0, in the amount of <br />77.89 signed by Inland Bond ing Company. <br />The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation bond in <br />favor of Indian a Bell Telephone Company in the amount of $.I,000.00 signed by American <br />Cure t7 Compa W. <br />This being the date sets hearing was had on tae assessment roll for the <br />resurfacing of the alley wrest of Main 4reet from Wasbington Street to Ist., alley <br />sout h of Washington Street under lmprovemen t Resolution No.24I0. <br />Now - <br />In the above named assessment roll, no r aeons trators appeared and no <br />written r emonstraices were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the p ri ses <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of landhave been benefited in the amounts shown <br />on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore;_ decides totake final action on said roll <br />and declares Sarre in a.11 things ratified, mnfrrmed and approved without modification <br />andthe proceefings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to <br />.1 the Deia rtment of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Va ca t ion Heso Iu tion No.2434 <br />for the vacation of a part of iVesstmoor Street lying between Sheridan Avenue and the west <br />City Limits: (See files for copy cEf' vacation resolution.) <br />In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />decides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. The Board now orders that a list <br />or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of Iroperty and of valuable interests <br />therein sought to be taken, which list or roll shall also describe the property be ne- <br />• finially affected by such vacation. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on vacation Resolution 1`so.2436 <br />for the vacation Ob all alleys in blohk bounded by Bendix Drive, Kenwood Avenue, Laley <br />Street and Linden Avenue.
