Tue sell ay , May 5 th. , I93I. on the Northwesterly propert-7 line of the Chicago, Indiana & Southern Railroad right -of way; thence running on a line at an angle of 41 degrees, 22 minutes, IS seconds to the left of the tangent to the last described curve (which line coincides with the North- westerly property line of the Chicago, ind iana & Southern Railroad right-ef- way) a distance of nighty and 68/I00 (80.66) feet to a point, which point is the point of curvature for the next described curved line. The tangent to t're curved line at the above described point is a line at an angle of 143 degrees, 27 minutes, 41 seconds to the left of the last described line produced; thence running Northeasterly on a 10 degree, 12 minutes, 32 seconds curve to the left a distance of !pine and 31/I00 (9.3I) feet to a point of reversed curve; thence running Northeasterly on a 1I degree, I2 min.ut es , 32 seconds curve to the right a distance of One 1undred Thirty-six and 9/IO (I36,9) feet to a. point on the boutheasterly property line of the Chicago, Indiana & Southern Railroad right-of-way; thence running on a line at an angle of 50 degrees, 55 minutes, 26 seconds to the left of the tangent to the above described .curve (which line coincides with the Southeasterly property Line of the Chicago, Indiana & Southern. Railroad right of way) a distance of Thirty-two and 5/10 (32.5) feet to the place of beginning.
