<br />cir cu la ti on published in the English language in the City of South Bend , Indiana, wh is h
<br />said notice :hall name a day not earlier than ten (I0) days after service of notice, or
<br />after the last publication thereof, as the case may be, on which this Board will receive;
<br />and hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards
<br />or assessments.
