Monroe <br /> Committee Chair Oliver Davis called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee meeting at 3:04 <br /> p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the presenters. <br /> Bill No. 17-57- Special Exception for property located at 211 W. Monroe <br /> Chuck Bulot, Commissioner of the Building Department with offices at 125 S.
