Broden, John Voorde, Dr. David Varner, Karen White Other Council Absent: None Others Present: Kareemah Fowler, Graham Sparks, Bob Palmer Presenters: Dan Buckenmeyer Agenda: Substitute Bill No. 17-69- Confirming a Tax Abatement Modification of GLC SBDC II Substitute Bill No. 78-17-Tax Abatement Enforcement Amendment Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic called to order the Community Investment Committee meeting at 3:55 p.m. He introduced members of the Committee and proceeded to give the floor to the presenters. Substitute Bill No 17-69- Confirming a Tax Abatement Modification of GLC SBDC II Committeemember Oliver Davis made a motion to accept the substitute for Bill No. 17-69. Committeemember Regina Williams-Preston seconded this motion which carried unanimously by a voice vote of five (5) ayes. Dan Buckenmeyer, Director of Business Development for the Department of Community Investment with offices on the 14'' floor of the County-City Building, stated, This is a correction of the confirming resolution, a few Scrivener's errors, and a property description. Committee Chair Ferlic opened the floor to questions from the Committee and Councilmembers. There were none. Substitute Bill No. 17-69 went to the full Council with no recommendation.
