<br />This being "the dpte set, heailinpwas had. on the preliminary resolution
<br />,fixing- the form of contract with the Northern Indiana Railway Com-,any, giving said
<br />railroad the right to loca te, construct, naintain and operate it's railroad tracks
<br />iover anr across certain public streets, alleys, reeds m.rLd highways in the City of
<br />!!South Bend , Indiana.
<br />In thhe above named preliminery resolution, no remonstrators apparel and
