Tuesday, February IOth . , I93I. • 0 Board met in regular session at 9 A. Y. All members present. Minutes of meeting held February 3rd., 1931, read and approved. City engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted schedules for redistribution of assessments, which were approved by the Board as follors: Redistribution of assessments for Northwest: 'Trunk Sewer as petitioned for by Jacob & Telesfor and Helen F. Andrysiak. Redistribution of assessments for 20th . , Otreet grade, curb and walk as petitioned for by Adam. Huntsberper et al. Redistribution of assessments for Indiana Avenue Sewer as petitioned for by Madison and N. rgaret A. Miller. Redistribution of assessments for River Park Trunk Sewer No.3 as petitioned for by J. D . Roberts. Redistribution of assessments for cement walk on the west side of Huey Street as pet iti ohed for by Telesfor Andrysiak. City Apineer filed plans and the Board adopted said plans together with the follcwing vacation Resolution No.2422: CoP7 of Vacation resolution No.24M .Resolved by the Boa: rd of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following: 2nd. , alley east of St. Peter Street from Almond. Court to South Bend Ave. The following property may to injuriously or "eneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 13. I41 I5 & I8 in d . A. Bugbee's "dd tt ion.. Ourety, Co. 1 This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution No.240 for. the grading of Amer 'street from iouth line of Lot 20 "hitcomb and Keller's Addition to` Frederickson Areet.
