Wray, f-led the fol_lgyi np primary assessment rolls: Assessment roll for the local ssewer in Bend ivy: Drive from Crumstown Avenue to Lincoln V ay West under Improvement Resolution No.2407. Assessment roll for the grading of Hey Street fram Lonplesr Avenue to 011ey south of Frederickson Street under Improvement Resolution. Assessment roll for the pradinp of Lonpley Avenue. from Olive Street to Huey Street under Impro verve nt Resolution No.2364. i In all of the above named assessment roils the Board hereby, orders that on the 20th. , day of Anuary I93I this Board will meet in their �office in the City Hall at I0 : 00 A Tyr. , to hear rod receive r emonst ra nc es from ell persons interested j in or affected by said improvements and will decide whether the Several lots and percels i of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls or in a. great- er or less sum than that sboTn on said rolls. The Board further orders that notices rem fled to Property owners affected ii whe reever possible. j Representatives of the New York Central tin y ilroad Company aril of the Grand `trunk Western Railroad Company were present to _ ther with members of the Astern i Avenue improvement Association in connection with the extension of the time for commenc- i1 inp. work at the Western "venue and "a3mut Street intersection under Track Elevation i Resolution No,5, as modified. iI After hearing all persons interested in this matter, it way= finally agreed by all persons present that April Ist., I93I, be the date on which work shall commence and er said improvement and completed within fifteen months thereafter. This • p � agreement was eached with the railroad cotpanies, pending the dismissal of the case of Anthony S. Buchholtz which is still pending, as said case must be settled before tic railroads will commence the work in connection with grade separation at this point. !' Whereupon the Board hereby ordered the resolution adopted and approved on July Ist., 1930, to be modified, setting the Ist. , day of April I93I a s the date for commencement of the above work and f ifte en months thereafter, subject to the settlement or with- drawal of the suit now pending.
