<br />Tres, trolley wires, transmission, fees and telephone w ires, guys, braces, and other
<br />necessary appliances used in the operation of it's electric railroad, over, along and
<br />upon the following described route in said City of South Lend, St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana, t o-wit
<br />Commencing at Llerrv, Avenue at or rear its intersection
<br />with Kal'ey Street ; thence on Daley Street between Tverry_
<br />Avenue and Ber tr and Street ; thence on Bertrand S t-r'e et
<br />• between Kaley Street and Bend ix Drive; thence on 3 ndi x

<br />free use of said streets, end in such manner as to afford security for life and pro-
<br />perty, and the Railway shall restore said streets as nearly as practicable to their
<br />• former cond ition, urs ing identif el naterials and type of construction.
