<br />Hall at IO:00 A.dT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in Cr if
<br />affected by said improvements and will decide whether the several lots axid parcels of 1
<br />land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls or in a greater j
<br />or less sum than that shown on said rolls. The Board further orders that notices of
<br />said hearings shall be published on the 28th., day of November, on the 29th., day of
<br />November I930 and on the 5th. , day of December I9301, in the South Bend. News Times and
<br />Tribune according to law.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written

<br />nent roll, and being fully advised of the premises, decides to take final action on said
<br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without
<br />•
<br />nodification and the proceedings closed. The Board nary orders said. assessment roll de -
<br />Livered to Finance Department.
<br />Upon the recommendation of Wm. F. Qualls, the Board approved the discontin- j
<br />za.nce of 29 lights in Ridgedale Addition and 9 lights in Coquillard 'Noods addition until]
<br />auch time as our appropriation will allow the turning on of same. j
