<br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer for the pavement of
<br />the alley south of I-'ox Street from High Street to Ist., alley east of Nigh Street under
<br />jImprovement Resolution No.2385, in the amount of $38.87 signed by Southern Surety
<br />C ompa ny. .
<br />li The Board approved the renevTal -certificate for the excavation bond of Louis
<br />S. Nies'Oodski in the amount of T,000.00 signed. by Hartford Accod ent and Indemnity Co.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstre ce was filed ard. the Board, being fully advised in the premises, after hear-
<br />ing all persons interested in said roll, finds that the several. lots and parcels of land
<br />have been benefited in the amounts shovm on said roll. The Board, tl-orefore, takes
<br />final action on said asses- ent roll and declares same in a.11 things ratified, confirm-
<br />ed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Boerd nor orders
<br />said assessment roll delivered to t j]e Department of Finance.

<br />Resolution No.24001, the Board this 29th. , day of October 1930, hereby awards the con-

<br />• North Silber street, as petitioned for under dale of October 29th., I930.
