<br />I� Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. All members present.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted the follcwing Partial Estimates:
<br />Partial Estimate No,I for the grade, curb and walk improvement on the west
<br />j 2 of Fellows Street from Irvington'Avenye to Donmoyer Avenue, in, accordance with the
<br />terms of the agreement between the City of South Bend, Indiana and Harry N. Barnes,
<br />j Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2388. The Board signed and approved same
<br />in the amount of I,178.28.
<br />• j Partial Estimate No.I ibr the grade, curb and: walk Impivement on the south
<br />side of Indiana Avenue from Brookfield Street to Olive Street, in accordance with the
<br />terms of the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, and H. N. Barnes,
<br />i! Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2376. The Board signed and approved same
<br />in t1 e amount of '$739.I0.
<br />f This being the date set, hearing- was h,-d on $te assessment roll for the

<br />In the above need assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrances were filed and the Board.,, after hearing all persons interested in said.
<br />• assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
<br />and parcels of land primarily assessed for said impmvemant have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shovm on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore, takes final action on
<br />said assessment roll and declares sae in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />without modification and. the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
<br />roll delivered to the Dppartment of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on te assessment roll for .the pave-
<br />ment improvement on Olive 6treet from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No.2367.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrances were filed and the Board , after hearing all persons interested in said
<br />• ' assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
<br />,and- parcels of land pr ima rily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore, takes final action on

<br />assessment roll, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
<br />and. parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
<br />amounts s hown on sa id assessment roll. The Board,, therefore, take s final a ction on
<br />said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved

<br />assessment roll, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
<br />and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore , t ake s final action on

<br />without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
