<br />olution No.2367 in the amount of $I,502.75 signed by National Surety Company.The Board
<br />• The Board approved the renewal certificate for excavation bond in favor of
<br />F. Neu -pert in the amount of 81,000.00 signed by Dartford Accodent and Indemnity Co.
<br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for
<br />the pavement on Swy9art Street from Ind. iana Avenue to N. J. I. R. R. , under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2380 in the amount of 8464.36, signed by �",etropolitan Casualty Insurance
<br />Company of New York.
<br />The Board approved the ibllowing Final Estimates:
<br />Final Estimate for the p avement of the alley s mith of Fox Street from High St.,
<br />to Ist. , alley east under Improvement Resolution No.2385. The Board signed and approved
<br />• same in the anount of $388.76.
<br />Final Estimate fbr the pavement off. 29th. , street from 1-Tishawake Avenue to G.
<br />T. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.2383/ The Board signed and approved same in
<br />the amount of I4,78I.59.
<br />Final Estimate for the pavement of the Ist ., alley east of Ocott Otreet , Ist. ,

<br />The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for the 23rd. Street

<br />The Board approved the plan showing the new location for a transformer vault
<br />at Main and Center ''treets in front of property cwned by John B. Haberle, showing said
<br />vault to be constructed at the north end of said property, 6 feet of the vault to be
<br />in side walk area and 6 feet in the street, with the opening in 1te sidewalk section.
<br />The -board approved the plans for a transformer vault located at K of C Building
<br />• on West Jefferson Boulevard.
