<br />grading end sewer improvement on Falcon ''treet, Kenmore Street Wellington Street,
<br />• ;Illinois Street , estmoor Street, Prast Street , and Crums t own I -venue, under Improvement
<br />ResolutionN0.2305 in the amount of6,022.53 signed by Inland Bonding; Company,
<br />City Engineer, fit. G. Tray, filed the primary assessment roll for the local sewer
<br />1 in giddy Street from Ot. Vincent Street t o City Limit s under Improvement Resolution
<br />!No.234I.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the 30th.,
<br />day of September 1930, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at I0 : 00
<br />A. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by
<br />said assessment mall and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have
<br />been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said. roll. The Board further orders
<br />that notices of said hearing shall be published on the I9th., day of "-Ieptember, on the
<br />20th.3, day of �eptEmber and on the 26th. , d.^y of September in the South Bend News Times
<br />lawjribune according to law and that notices be ma fled to property owners according; to
<br />law.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2390 for the
<br />avement of the west one-half of Ironwood Drive from so to curb line of Lincoln 'Way
<br />�ast t o concrete pavement on Ewing Avenue. (See fil es for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appe-ired but no written
<br />emonstrance was filed. Several property owners were present requesting the Board to
<br />pprove the resolution. After hearing all persons interested in said improvement resolu-
<br />ion and being fully advised in the premises, the Board fines that the benefits to the
<br />everal 1ots,and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal
<br />o the estimated cost of same as reported. by the City Engineer. The Eoard, therefore,
<br />ecides to take final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified,
<br />onfi rme d and approved without modification.
<br />The Board. approved claims in the amount of $I0,417,82 and hereby orders City Con -
<br />roller to pay same.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the a ssessment roll fbr the local sewer
<br />in Carlisle Street from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue under Improvement resolution
<br />No.2374.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written re-
<br />monstrances were
<br />filed and the Beard,
<br />being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots
<br />and parcels of land
<br />have been benefited in
<br />the amounts shown on said
<br />assessment roll,
<br />the Board, therefore,
<br />decides to take final
<br />action on said roll and
<br />declares same in
<br />all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved
<br />without modification and
<br />the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now
<br />orders said assessment
<br />roll_ delivered to the
<br />Depa rtme nt of Finance.
