(See f iles for copy of resolution. ) In • the above named improvement resolution, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 3rd. , day of September, I93O, this Board will meet in the it office in the City. Hall at 7-I5 P. M. , to hear and re ed.ve remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said improvement and will decide whether the benefits t o the several lots and p arcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement cr ill be equal to the estimated c ost of same a s reported by t he City Engineer. The Board furthe r orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 15th., day of August and on the 22nd., day of August I93O, in the South Bend Tribune and Mirror according to law.
