<br />This being the de to set, continued hearing was had on Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2376 for the sidewalk improvement on the south side of Indiana Avenue
<br />from Brookfield Street to Olive Street.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, City Engineer filed
<br />the following report on th.e remoras trance f iled showing 8 ze s ident property pwners
<br />on the street, Four of whom have signer the remonstrance. This does not constitute
<br />a majority, therefore', the Board deciddss to over rule said remonstrance and finds
<br />that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said
<br />improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer
<br />The Board , therefore, decides to take final action on said improvement and declares
<br />saw in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. The Board now orders that sealed proposals for the construction of
<br />walk on the south side of Idnaian Avenue. from Olive Street to Brookfield Street under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2376, shall be received, opened and read up to I0:00 A. M.

<br />and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together Improvement Rdsolution
<br />No.2383 for the pavement of 29th. , Street from Mishawake Avenue to. the Grand Trunk

<br />In the above named impmvenent resolution, the Board, hereby, orders
<br />that on the 6th., day of, August, 1930, this Board. will x�ExxEKZx
<br />x meet in their office in the City Hall at 7- 5 P. M., to hear and
<br />receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be assessed for said improve
<br />men and wi11 decide whether the benefit s to the several lots and parcels of land liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimate cost of same as re-
<br />ported by the City Engineer.

<br />grade-$ curb and sulk improvement on Sorin Street from east line of M,,dison P rk Addition
<br />to Twyckenham Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2327.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that
<br />on the 22nd . , day (:f July 1930, this Board will- meet in their office in the City hall
<br />at I0:00 A. M., to heer and receive remonstrances fromall persons whose property has
<br />been f sssessed fcr said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the several
<br />lots and parcels of land are equal to the amounts shown on said roll.

<br />property owners for the privilege of painting house numbers on the curbs in front of
<br />houses and. to charge and collect from said property owners the fee of 25g for each
<br />number sp painted.
