The Board signed and approved same in the amount of $886.55. This being the date sett. hearing was h^d on theassessment roll for the pavement of the alley west of Cushing Street under Improvemant Resolution No. 2310. In the above named assessment roll no remonstrators ap eared and � p no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises !; finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on 'saic assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved with out modification andthe proceedings closed`.
