Wednesday, June ISth , 1930. <br />from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2367, the Board <br />this I8th. , day of June 1930, hereby make s a pr el imina ry order for concre to pavement <br />as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the Ist. , <br />day of July 1930, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petition for a change <br />in the type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order, award the <br />contract or re.jeet all bids. <br />Bids having been received for the pavermnt of Humboldt Street from <br />'i Allen Street to Diamond Avenue under Improvement Resolut ion No 2357, the Board this <br />ISth., day of June 1930, hereby makes a preliminary order for- sheet asphalt pavement <br />• ;1 as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the Ist., <br />it day of July 1930, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a <br />change in the tyre of peVi=eAt: "heir-,thgn=i_t'hat specified in the preliminary order, <br />award the oontr,-,et or reject all bids. <br />Bids having been received for the pavement on Kerslake Court from <br />3rd., Street to 25th., Street, under Imorovement Resolution No.23660 the Board this <br />ISth., day of June 1930-hereby makes a preliminary order for concrete pavement as the <br />type with which said street shall be improved and sets the Ist. , day of July I930, <br />as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a change in the type <br />of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order, award. the contract or <br />reject all bids. <br />City Er ineer, H. G. +dray, submitted partial estimate N0.1 for the <br />sewer impmvement on swing $venue frcffa Franklin Street to Prairie Avenue in accordance <br />i with the terms of the contract between the City and Rocco Simeri under Im rovEment <br />Resolution No.2244, The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 8,286,97, <br />r� <br />The Board approved the f in 1 estimate for the pavement of the alley <br />east &f Miami street from Victoria Street to Altgeld Street under Improvement Resolu- <br />tion 17o.2297. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of $886.55. <br />This being the date sett. hearing was h^d on theassessment roll for <br />the pavement of the alley west of Cushing Street under Improvemant Resolution No. <br />2310. <br />In the above named assessment roll no remonstrators ap eared and <br />� p <br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises <br />!; finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts <br />shown on 'saic assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said <br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved with <br />out modification andthe proceedings closed`.
