<br />This being the date set, continued hearings were had on the follcKing
<br />impro vemen t re so lutions :
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2368 for the pavement on Oliver Street from
<br />Bubail Avenue to Bruch Street. (See files for copy of resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution No.237I for the pavement on Oedar 6treet from
<br />unnyside Avenue to Twyckenl�em Dtive.t See files for copy of re solution.)
<br />• Improvement Resolution NNo.2369 for the pavement on Cedar Street from
<br />j Eddy Street to Arthur Street. ( See files for oopy of resolution.)
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, remonstr tors
<br />appeared and written remonstrances were filed and the Boa rd , being fully advised in the
<br />premises decides to rescind all former action taken on said improvement resolutions
<br />and declares same null and void and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution
<br />N6.2373 for the pavement cC Melkus Iourt from Oak Street to Lincoln Way West. (See
<br />files for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above named improvemart,resolution,, -emonstrators appsered end
<br />a. written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised. in the premises,
<br />decides to tescind all former action taken on said improvement resolution and declares
<br />same null and void and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2370 for the. pavement of Cedar Street from west line of Arthur Street to
<br />Sunnysi de Ave nue. ( See files for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above named improvement re solution, no remonstrators appeared
<br />I;
<br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully wised in the promises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvement will be equal to the
<br />estimated cost of same as reported by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board,,
<br />therefore , takes final action on said improvement resolution
<br />declares
<br />and same in all things ratified, eonf irmed and approved without modification.
<br />The board nog
<br />orders that. on the Ist. , de.y of July 1930, this Board will receive, open
<br />and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement up to IQ:.00 A M.
<br />' The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be published on the 20th
<br />day of June and on the 27 th. , day of June 1930 in the South Bern Tribune and News Times
<br />according to law.

<br />In both of the above named improvement M solutions remonstrators
<br />jappeared hnd written remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons
<br />A intere ste d in said impro vement s and being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />,the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said
<br />1improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City
<br />"Engineer and that these improvements are necessary. The Board, therefore, decides to
<br />. ,overrule said remonstrances and declares said improvement resolutions in all things
<br />;ratified, confirmed and approved. The board now orders that on the Ist., day of July
<br />'jI930 , this Board will re ceive , open and read set: -led proposals for the construction of
<br />lsaid. improvements up to I0:00 A. M. The Board further orders that notices of said
<br />jproposal s shall be published on the 20 th. , day of June a#d on t Yee 27th. , day of June
<br />930, in the South Bend Tribune and Mirror according to law.
<br />!j City Engineer, H. G. Fray, filed the following primary assessment rolls:
<br />Assessment roll for the sewer in "it son Avenue from Ironwood Drive to
<br />124th. , Street under Improvement Resolution No.2329 .
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley east of Miami Street
<br />• 'from. Victoria Street to Altgeld Street under Improvement Resolution No.2397.
<br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Board, hereby, . orders

<br />Tall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
<br />'or said improvements and will decide whether the severel lots and parcel.$ of land

<br />'urther orders that notices of saidhearings shall be published on the 27th. , day of
